Research Project Number – 04

Four chapters on board, all have been read.

I’ve worked through most of one chapter, which leaves three others.

Other Fronts

Today is resupply day at the Pod and the car is getting an oil change. Trinity let me break away to check mail and update the client on the research but my time is short. We both have the day off as the Fourth of July holiday approaches. I know we have plans for tomorrow with her ex husband (who is actually a pretty decent guy) to see the latest Transformers movie. We’ll give him a tour of the Pod, take him to the movies and then we’ll get something to eat.

Tonight we’re going out with friends to celebrate Trinity’s acceptance to the University of Kansas. We still don’t know if she is going there. She really wants it bad and as someone who got accepted there myself (not once but twice) I fully understand the appeal. UMKC does seem like second place in some respects. I’ve got my own opinion which I will not air here and it isn’t important.

Tonight is Trinity’s night. So many people said she couldn’t do it.

Well, she proved them wrong.
